LUVLEZ Smell Me. ship Online worldwide!


Please note:

  1. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box addresses.

  2. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will attempt a second delivery. 

  3. LUVLEZ Smell Me. Online ships all orders from Johor, Malaysia. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Johor Bahru (Johor, Malaysia) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times. 


  • Delivery

Complimentary standard and express delivery are available.

Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday, excluding major Public Holidays. All orders are subject to authorization, only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.


  • Delivery charges and Options

Below are the shipping service options and delivery times available for your LUVLEZ Smell Me. Online order.


Standard Delivery Shipping

For Malaysia orders: 


  1. Delivery shipping is calculated according to weight and begins from RM10 (WM) / RM17 (EM). 

Please use our website and key in your order to get more accurate.  

  1. Most orders shipped via Standard Service are delivered within 3 – 5 business days (West Malaysia) and 3 – 7 business days (East Malaysia) from the order’s ship date. 

  2. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O box addresses. 

  3. Special delivery, next day delivery is available for Johor Bahru addresses via Lalamove, please WhatsApp us a message at +6016 7800 816 or email at theluvlez@gmail.com with the address for a quote.

  4. Parcels are shipped via DHL eCommerce.

  2. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box addresses. 

  3. Delivery times commence from the order’s ship date. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delay caused by destination custom clearance processes, local duties, taxes, and items that are lost during transit. 



  • Taxes and Duties


For Malaysia orders:

  1. You will not be charged any duties or taxes.


For International orders:

  1. Your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs offices as the payment made for your order does not include taxes and duties.

  2. Feel free to consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable you will be required to pay fees upon receiving your order.  


  • Self-Pick UP 

Self-pick-up service is limited to specific services currently.

  • Which currency will my order be processed in?

     All orders and final invoices would be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

The website's currency converter is a convenient indicator for your reference to calculate the rough figure only.


  • Order Processing


  1. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major Public Holiday)

  2. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed the following business day. 

  3. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

  4. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped 


  • Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests ARE NOT encouraged. Orders or parts of an orders are cancelled for various reasons:


  1. Item(s) are not available

  2. Difficulty in processing payment information

  3. By customer request

  4. Cannot ship to the address provided
